Recipe

  • Heat the oven to 190°C.
  • Cream the butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or food mixer until soft.
  • Add the caster sugar and keep mixing until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Sift in the flour.
  • Bring the mixture together with your hands until it forms a dough.
  • Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on baking paper.
  • Flatten the balls a little with the palm of your hand.
  • Bake for 11 minutes until golden brown and slightly firm on top.
  • Wait 15 minutes before serving.
