Recipe
- Heat the oven to 190°C.
- Cream the butter in a large bowl with a wooden spoon or food mixer until soft.
- Add the caster sugar and keep mixing until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Sift in the flour.
- Bring the mixture together with your hands until it forms a dough.
- Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on baking paper.
- Flatten the balls a little with the palm of your hand.
- Bake for 11 minutes until golden brown and slightly firm on top.
- Wait 15 minutes before serving.
