Cook the Curry

  • Dice 1000g Chicken Breast into bite-sized pieces
  • Slice 2 onions Onion and 3 peppers Bell Pepper
  • Fry onions until softened
  • Add chicken, cook until sealed
  • Add peppers, cook briefly
  • Stir in 2 jars Bilash Korma Cooking Sauce
  • Add 1 can Aldi Chickpea Can (drained)
  • Simmer until chicken is cooked through

Cook the Rice

  • Rinse 2 cup Basmati Rice until water runs clear
  • Add rice and water (2:1 ratio) to saucepan
  • Bring to boil, then reduce heat to lowest setting
  • Cover and cook for 12 minutes
  • Remove from heat, keep covered for 5 minutes
  • Fluff with fork before serving
